People love fast cars. So do kangaroos apparently, as any time I want a tasty sandwhich I just have to head out for the road. Unfortuantly though people are lazy lovers, they don't spend every waking moment saving up for that hot Lamborghini, instead they spend their income on useless things such as clothes and children. Luckily for us these new fandangled video-game things provide the bridge for the gap between reality and our dreams. A primary example of this double-looped bridge is TRACKMANIA, a polished group of games providing intense arcade action coupled with a more brain-fueled puzzle mode. Yet the series has had it's success on the computer, could it really make a successful transition to the DS?

The first time I chainsawed a Locust I giggled like a little girl.
All these fancy games coming out and we are tight on news. It's that time of year soon though, so we may be able to give you guys information about these games a couple of months too late. We have a creative staff, we will make it worth your while. Hang-in there Furians (I thought it was creative, branding you like a bunch of cows on their way to the slaughterhouse of AWESOME INFORMATION). |

We all sit back and wonder sometimes where all the good games are. What is a good video game to you may not be a good video game to me. Let us face it though, some games nobody likes, and by nobody I mean they don't even have a niche market. When they are occasionally bought they are bought by uninformed grandparents trying to portray a hip image for their grandchildren. If it wasn't a national offense to call your grandparents tools, I would call them tools. "So what are we here to analyse today (instead of providing up-to-date gaming news)?" shouts a distant traveler. We will be looking at a game called... MS Paint!

If you haven't noticed I've been trying to inject articles into this site to keep it alive during it's gestation period. But I've been thinking, what can we give you that you can't already get anywhere else on the internet? Only one person could answer that but it turns out he's dead, and from what I could see, ravaged by a couple of necrophiliacs as well. So what am I getting at? What I'm getting at, is click that 'Read More' button and show some some love.

Truthfully I've lost track of how many Halo Projects there are rumored to be going on at the moment. Peter Jackson this, Gearbox that, etc. Finally though we have confirmation from the big guys themselves, Bungie has stated that Halo 3: Recon will be coming out sometime in 2009. In H3: Recon you will take control of an ODST during the Covenant invasion of New Mombasa. The gameplay has been stated to be similar to the rest of Halo's although your abilities will be more 'human' as you don't have a tonne of armour incasing you. This means none of that squad based gameplay rumors that have been hitting the rounds on the interwebs, although from the debut trailer it looks like you have a few new abilities, even if they do end up being trivial.
Should be interesting to see how this one develops, even though Bungie is a proven developer they are taking away one of the things that made the Halo series great. As mention aboved Halo 3: Recon is slated for a 2009 release. |
